Community Host

Basislager Coworking is searching for a passionate, part-time Community-Host. 

New in town? Looking for an opportunity to fast-network in a community of over 150 talented professionals and creatives? Our work-trade program might be exactly the thing for you! 

We are looking for a host that takes ownership of our beloved 4th floor and helps keeping it beautiful and running. 

The ideal host is working full time in Basislager on a personal project and is able to keep a close eye on the space.

‍YOUR TASKS

Member support

> Set rhythm and culture by being an active example for the members on how to use the space. 

Event Support 

> Setting-up the rooms for meetings & events (brewing coffee and bringing mugs and glasses to the room).

Space Care

> The overall smooth running and maintenance of the space: ensuring it is well-stocked, organized, clean and attractive/inspiring to think and create.

> General tidying and organizing of the kitchen: refilling the coffee-machine and the fridge (~ 2 times a week), emptying the dishwasher.

> Keeping an open eye, designing new details, creating elements of delight in the space. 

THE DEAL

You are able to dedicate ~8 hours a week (Mo-Fr) for at least 3 months or longer.  In exchange for your voluntary service, we offer:
